Fully automatic band saws feature hydraulic saw feed, hydraulic lift of the saw head, hydraulic clamping and hydraulic or mechanical (ball screw spindle) material infeed. Cutting and infeed cycles are fully automatic and require no operator once the machine is set up and started. In order to increase productivity and reduce material handling these machines can be equipped with a wide range of peripheral equipment such as loading magazines, discharge systems, marking devices and other kinds of material handling systems. Machines with miter cutting capability in one direction are available.

The semi-automatic machines from the Individual series offer large cutting ranges and comfortable operation. All Individual machines are fully hydraulic and offer miter cutting capability in one direction. Standard features are precise carbide blade guides, hydraulically adjustable saw feed, infinitely adjustable cutting speed and much more. The rigid construction of these machines guarantees accurate cuts and long blade life.

The double column saws from the Transverse series have miter cutting capability in both directions and offer large cutting capacities that make them perfect for cutting profiles and bundles even at sharp angles. The machine table turns together with the saw head so the saw blade does not cut into the table when miter cutting. Even wide beams can be cut very fast due to the fact that the saw head is canted by 6°.
All Transverse models feature carbide blade guides, hydraulically adjustable saw feed, infinitely adjustable cutting speed and much more. The rigid construction of these machines guarantees accurate cuts and long blade life.
