Cutting capacity up to 20.5" x 13.5"

Manual scissor type band saws feature manual or hydraulic lift of the saw head, manual clamping and manual infeed of the material. The saw feed is achieved either manually (pull-down) or by the weight of the saw head in combination with a hydraulic saw feed control. Machines with miter cutting capability in one or in both directions are available.

Semi-Automatic

Cutting capacity up to 20.5" x 13.5"

Semi-automatic scissor type band saws feature hydraulic saw feed, hydraulic lift of the saw head and hydraulic clamping. Material feed is manual. Machines with miter cutting capability in one or in both directions are available.

Automatic

Cutting capacity up to 24" x 17"

Fully Automatic Band Saws feature hydraulic saw feed, hydraulic lift of the saw head, hydraulic clamping and hydraulic or mechanical (ball screw spindle) material infeed. Cutting and infeed cycles are fully automatic and require no operator once the machine is set up and started. Machines with miter cutting capability in one direction are available.
