WIKUS Carbide Tipped Circular Saw Blades / Cermet Blades for ferrous materials.


Carbide Tipped and Cermet Circular saw blade are becoming more and more important due to their outstanding characteristics in regards to cutting performance and blade life.

Our “disposable” precision circular saw blades from WIKUS have a blade body made of high-quality quenched and tempered steel, which is produced with huge technological knowledge. In order to achieve optimum results the teeth are made of carbide or even Cermet depending on the application.

Carbide Tipped and Cermet circular saw blade are particularly interesting for mass production applications and can be used to cut solid materials and tubing. High cutting performances and long blade life result in shorter production times and lower costs per cut.

ACUS

Ideal for cutting small and large solid workpieces with excellent performance and cutting surfaces.

Applications:

  • Steels with low cabon content < 0,3%?
  • High-alloyed, stainless and chrome-nickelous steels in solid material?

CAPTURA
Item Group 122 - coated

The high quality coating of the cutting edge geometry enables outstanding performance:
Cutting rates can be increased while the blade life is extended for an even more economic cutting process.

Applications:

  • Steels with a higher cabon content > 0,4 %
  • Steels containing molybdenum as well as low alloyed chrome-nickelous steels in solid material
  • All mass cut cold circular sawing machines

FLECTO
Item Group 124 - coated

Due to coated teeth cutting rates and blade life can be increased even more. High wear resistance prevents cold fusion on the tooth edge.

Applications:

  • Rust- and acid-resistant materials
  • High-strength steels in solid material
  • All mass cut cold circular sawing machines

MIRUS
Item Group 128 - coated

With special coating for optimal cutting rates. Low cutting times with best cutting quality for tubes and profiles.

  • Tubes and profiles

his blade features an extremly wear-restitant tooth geometry that guarantees high cutting rates with and excellent surface finish.
(Restrictions with chrome-nickel and stainless materials).
