High Speed Steel Circular Saw Blades
For Cutting Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Metal Materials
The HSS saw blades are mainly used for cutting stainless steels or materials with high mechanical resistance, which produce high temperatures in the contact area during the cutting process.
The circular saw blades can be used on all types of machines: manual, semi-automatic and automatic cutting-off machines for open section drawn products such as: round and square draw products, pressed and bent profiles up to various sizes up to maximum of 160mm.
For high technology CNC machines STARK has processed special toothing but this is available only upon special request.
STARK HSS M2/ DMo5
This wolfram-molybdenum high-speed steel contents 5% molybdenum is used for the most applications. Characteristics of this material are the low fragility, high yield strength, excellent mechanical resistance and high wear resistance.
STARK HSS-E/ C05
This wolfram-molybdenum high-speed steel also contains 5% cobalt, offers higher hardness and is therefore suitable for cutting stainless steels and materials with high mechanical resistance.
