SCISSOR TYPE BAND SAWS (Mitering) are the most common band saw machines in the market. With their pivot-style design and miter cutting capabilities these machines are suitable for a wide range of applications and cost usually less than comparable double column machines.

HORIZONTAL BAND SAWS (Straight) offer heavy-duty double column design and are suitable for applications that are too tough for scissor type machines.

HORIZONTAL BAND SAWS (Mitering) offer heavy-duty double column design and are suitable for applications that are too tough for scissor type machines.

CUTTING CAPACITY UP TO 32" X 18"

LARGE BAND SAWS (Straight) are heavy-duty machines with extremely large cutting capacities and high cutting performance.

These machines are available as semi-automatic and fully-automatic machines for straight cuts (90º) only.

CUTTING CAPACITY UP TO 68" X 52"

VERTICAL BAND SAWS (Mitering) are machines that are also widely used, especially in North America. Due to their vertical design these machines have advantages over horizontal band saws in certain applications when miter cutting is required (e.g. layer-cutting).

Semi-automatic and fully automatic vertical band saws are available.

CUTTING CAPACITY UP TO 23.5" X 18"

BLOCK and PLATE SAWS are heavy duty machines especially designed to cut blocks and plates with large dimensions. Cutting capacities reach 80" and more with cuttings lengths of up to 24'. Since in most cases the saw head moves and not the material, space requirements are very small compared to the size of the material.

Block and Plate saws are available as semi-automatic and fully-automatic machines.
