KASTOtwin A / L series

The KASTOtwin A / L series offers a wide range of high performance fully-automatic band saws in double column design with an extraordinary price-performance ratio. These heavy duty machines are built to cut solids, tubes and profiles out of almost every grade of material. All machines out of the KASTOtwin A / L series are fully hydraulic and the self regulating KASTO-UH hydraulic guarantees optimum cutting performance for different shapes of materials. Precise linear guides for the saw head, a powerful frequency controlled saw drive, carbide blade guides as well as big drive and idler wheels are only a few of the many standard features that ensure straight cuts and long blade life. The heavy infeed shuttle driven by a high precision ball screw spindle guarantees excellent repetitive length accuracy. The KASTO CompactControl (PLC) makes the operation of these machines quick and comfortable. Needless to mention, that on top of that every model is fully equipped with a large variety of standard features such as integrated flood coolant system, driven chip brush and much more.

KASTOtec A series

The machines out of the KASTOtec-series are most probably the best band saw machines you can buy. These high-tech, heavy duty saws are built more like a machine tool than a saw. KASTOtec machines are designed to cut even toughest to cut materials such as Titanium, Hastelloy or Inconel. The use of carbide tipped band saw blade was rigorously taken into consideration which results in highest cutting performance and extraordinary accuracy.
