KASTOdisc U Series

Semi-automatic circular saws out of the KASTOdisc U-series offer extremely rigid design, heavy duty cast iron saw bases and miter cutting capability in both directions. On top of that the saw head is precisely guided in a massive vertical column which makes these machines even more stable and suitable for tougher applications. All machines come fully equipped with 2 cutting speeds, pneumatic double clamping vise, adjustable length measuring stop and a coolant system integrated in the machine pedestal. The saw feed is achieved hydro-pneumatically and can be infinitely adjusted.

The KASTOflex U

The KASTOflex U is a fully hydraulic, semi-automatic circular saw with miter cutting capability in both directions. The saw blade is located underneath the rotating machine table, which makes the adjustment of miter cutting angels extremely simple. Due to this special design all different kinds of custom fixtures can be mounted on the flat machine table which makes this machine extraordinarily flexible. The machine comes fully equipped and is enclosed for increased safety.
