The KASTOvericut A is a fully-automatic, high-performance vertical band saw designed for straight and miter cuts with angles from +60° to -45° (optional: +60° to -60°).

The cutting angle adjustment is done through the PLC control and the saw head is hydraulically clamped in position for highest accuracy. Single stroke of the highly accurate feeding system is 9.8’ and automatic Zero-Positioning for the first piece is standard.

The KASTO Universal Hydraulic UH guarantees best cutting performance. The feed rate can either be set constant when cutting solid materials or variable when cutting tubes or profiles to adapt to the section to be cut.

KASTO-like this machine is extraordinarily heavy built which results in extremely quiet operation, short cutting times and long blade life.
