The KASTOvariospeed C15 is a fully automatic high performance circular saw with loading magazine and discharge / sorting device for cut pieces.

Without any changeover, the KASTOvariospeed adapts to different materials and profile shapes. Due to this fact, this machine is well suited for small and medium batch sizes in “lights-out” operation. Using modern machine design elements, idle times are reduced to a minimum – even with long cut-pieces (6.5’ in one stroke).

The heavy-duty construction of the machine together with the 25 hp, high-performance saw drive ensures shortest cutting times. The thin-cut technology guarantees minimum material loss.

The modular concept allows a magazine operation as well as the integration into fully automatic storage/sawing systems. Besides the standard sorting device, different handling systems up to a CNC-ready palletization are available on the outfeed side.

The KASTO saw control TechnoControl ensures highest operating comfort.
