The KASTO UNITOWER C is the youngest member of the UNITOWER family. It is specifically designed to store sheet metal in smaller quantities or relatively light weights.

Maximum sheet metal size is 5' x 10' (w x l) and maximum load capacity per cassette is 2,650 lbs per storage-pallet. This system is only available as a single tower and comes in semi-automatic and fully automatic versions.

Due to the fact that this system only comes as a single tower no additional loading or unloading station is necessary. The material can be picked right from the integrated crane. With an optional unloading table the system can be loaded with a fork lift.

The KASTO UNITOWER C saves floor space, optimizes the material flow, reduces handling times and increases work safety significantly.

Operation of the UNITOWER is extremely simple: The Operator selects a part number or the number of the cassette on the PLC and pushes the start button.

Immediately the integrated crane starts moving, picks the selected cassette and brings is down to the lowest position where the material is easily accessible.
