The KASTO UNITOWER is designed to store bar stock, profiles or even pallets and boxes in small to medium quantities. It is available as a single tower and as a double tower.

With a load capacity of up to 11,000 lbs per cassette and a maximum of approx. 100 cassettes per system an extremely high storage density can be achieved on a very small footprint. Due to the flexibility of this system it is suitable for all different kinds of applications in manufacturing, service centers, job shops, window manufacturers and other industries.

Loading / unloading stations of the system can be placed according to the space and material flow requirements of each individual application.

The KASTO UNITOWER saves floor space, optimizes material flow, reduces handling times and increases work safety significantly. In combination with other machine tools such as saws or lathes a highly efficient "production cell" can be realized.

Operation of the UNITOWER is extremely simple: The Operator selects a part number or the number of the cassette on the PLC and pushes the start button. Immediately the integrated crane starts moving, picks the selected cassette and brings is down to the loading/unloading station where the material is easily accessible.
