The KASTO UNIPORTAL is a flexible storage and retrieval system suitable for medium sized businesses e.g. as a buffer system in the manufacturing to supply machine tools with material.

This system is available for bar stock or sheet metal. Load capacity per storage location is up to 6,600 lbs and because the loading and unloading stations can be placed very flexibly this system can be adapted to almost every material flow situation.

The UNIPORTAL is suitable for applications that require up to approx. 400 storage locations. Due to its modular design it can be extended without any problems in the future if more storage locations are required.

Like all KASTO systems the UNIPORTAL saves floor space, optimizes the material flow, reduces handling times and increases work safety significantly. In combination with other machine tools such as saws, lathes or sheet metal processing machines highly efficient, fully automatic "production cells" can be realized.

Various inventory management systems are available in order to keep track of the exact inventory. Those systems can even be linked to your own ERP system so that orders can be sent out right from your desk.
