The KASTOssb A2is a fully automatic high-performance band saw designed for mass production cutting.

Unique to this machine is the vertical saw head made of polymer casting. Due to this design the machine has a very small foot print and offers optimum elimination of vibrations which results in high cutting performance and long blade life. The machine is suitable for cutting all different kinds of shapes even out of toughest to cut materials.

Equipped with a top clamp device (optional) the KASTOssb A 2 is an excellent choice for bundle cutting applications.

All functions of this machine are comfortably executed from the conveniently located CompactControl (PLC). In order to achieve optimum results for different kinds and shapes of material the machine is equipped with a frequency controlled saw drive with infinitely adjustable cutting speed and the proven KASTO UH-Hydraulic system can be set for constant feed rate or constant cutting force or the combination of both.
