The KASTObloc U5 is the ideal machine for cutting smaller blocks and plates with a height of up to 22.8” and a maximum weight of 13,200 lbs. Due to the excellent accessibility of the material, this machine is also very well suited to the cutting of remnants.

The KASTObloc provides an outstanding balance in price and accuracy. We call it the “light” version of big brother KASTObbs. However this machine is anything but light.

It has all the advantages of the “big one” – the same feed unit, same cutting performance, same cutting accuracy as well as same very easy access. All work pieces on the table can be reached by hand and the integrated chip conveyor and coolant system guarantee clean operating.

The KASTObloc can be upgraded to a fully-automatic block band saw with automatic material feed!
