The BOMAR transverse 615.340 DGS is a semi-automatic double column saw with miter cutting capability in both directions. It is the perfect machine for cutting profiles and bundles due to its big cutting range and the canted saw blade with at an angle of 6°.

Due to a unique design the machine table turns with the saw head which avoids cutting into the table. Special clamping vises clamp that the material always directly right at the saw blade and the additional top clamping device ensures safe clamping at any time.

Turning of the saw frame is done hydraulically and can be comfortably controlled from the free standing control panel. Precise linear guides, carbide saw blade guides and automatic cutting pressure regulation on both band guides in combination with the rigid construction guarantee accurate cuts, high cutting performance and excellent blade life.

In combination with BOMAR infeed systems and or measuring stops this machine can be upgraded to a fully automatic cutting line.
